27 June The Little Mermaid, a collaboration with my sister Charlotte Xerri to bring singing to our sauna storytelling session.

Learn how to work with story in saunas. Learn how to take stories off the page and put them on the tongue.
This course suitable for Sauna Practitioners and curious Storytellers who want to develop their story application.
4 September - As Above, So Below. Celestial Story Folklore. Bond with the Universal Bodies who see us from the skies. We will invite treasured Baltic Stories to help us practice our sauna craft with skill. These workshops welcome sauna owners and practitioners who are interested in working with story. And storytellers, who are curious to find out more about sauna storytelling. Or, if you are a beginner storyteller, who wants to work with story, in a nourishing sauna environment.

Develop your own story practice. You will learn how to work with traditional stories so they are alive in and around you. You will learn how to research, choose, respect, learn from, and share stories that have both literary and oral origins. We will work with folklore, folktales, fairy tales and myth. Playful and informative, you’ll develop skills in oracy, improvisation, repertoire and philosophical thinking.

How is structure significant?
How to respect tradition and share stories excellently.
Forming, sustaining, and ending relationships with story.
Applied storytelling; how you bring story into your life.
Sharing Circle: receiving to learn how to give.
.What will we do in a typical 2hr session?
Begin with a 10 min check-in.
I will tell a story, relevant to the theme of the week.
Then, you will be given a series of fun exercises that build on each other. They will help you accumulate your understanding at your own speed. Discussion time.
There will be a break with SOUP - drink and nibble contributions welcome.
Another exercise and discussion time.

What will you do at home during the week?
Complete a 20 min daily story exercise that will help you habituate yourself into a life-long practice of working with story.
