Steamy Bluebells Family Sauna Storytelling
Friday 25th May
WILD SPA WOWO, TN22 3QT
Elemental Inter-generational fun for all the family
One-of-a-kind, unforgettable fun event, where story and sauna come together to create a captivating, interactive and sensory-rich event for the entire family. Enjoy the aromatic scents, gentle leaf-whisking, herbal games, hilarious bath treats and captivating storytelling.
The Little Mermaid
Listen in the comforting warmth of this amazing beach sauna, over four sittings. The story I’ll tell is faithful to Andersen’s original, but told like a memory with no script. I’ll bring delightful Birch & Eucalyptus whisks, Wisteria and Feverfew soothing foot-rinse, Borage, Rose and Aloe ices and Seaweeds inspired sauna treatments to create an immersive sensory experience for enhanced nature connection and imaginative thinking.
The event is created with adults in mind, but if you want to bring a young person, they will be welcome.
Little Mermaid; spider-silk soft, she watches from the waters. Her Grandmother’s stories of ships, humans and ports pluck notes of longing from her curious heart. She learns how to love, then how to become a rose-tinted cloud.
Kingston Beach is the perfect threshold to hear how different worlds meet at the water’s edge, of how we dream of safe harbour, and what we must let go of to be good.
I’m super excited to return to the seaside and announce my first collaboration with our family favourite
